Before I tell you more about myself, I wanted to give you a big thank you for visiting my website!
I’m genuinely not the type of person who likes to talk about himself — I’d much rather let my actions speak for themselves. That’s why my mission has always been to impact the lives of others in a positive way, in any way I can. But for convenience’s sake, here’s a quick rundown about myself.
My fitness journey started at a very young age. Throughout my life I have always been active, playing football, rugby, tennis, soccer, athletics, swimming, you name it, I probably did it. During my last few years in high school I found I was losing confidence in myself due to being too skinny to deal with the physical demands of contact sports. I then discovered weight training as part of our strength and conditioning regime, which soon ignited my passion for weight lifting. During this time, I acquired the basic fundamentals of lifting, however I never experienced significant gains in size and strength like my friends did, which left me feeling discouraged. I hit the gym every day during my high school years and although I did see some progress, I started to plateau and thought I just wasn’t genetically gifted enough to make further progress.
Upon finishing high school, I made it my mission to educate myself and research into the science behind manipulating my body composition. By putting theory into practice from the age of 17 onwards, I started to make more consistent progress. I become consumed with the process and addicted to the positive benefits associated with living a healthy lifestyle and seeing results.
I soon then made the natural transition to become a qualified Personal Trainer, which provided me with the perfect opportunity to share my passion for fitness with others and help them realise their true potential. Once committing to this lifestyle in 2016 I decided to compete in the Australian WBFF World Championship Qualifier where I claimed 1st place and was awarded the prestigious and highly sought after pro status.
After seeing what I was capable of achieving myself within the fitness industry, I wanted to not only help other aspiring people achieve their dream physique, but show people how to make health and fitness a lifestyle by following my proven process. This process includes evidence based training, nutrition, and lifestyle program tailored around your goals, preferences schedule and life. If I can seamlessly integrate health and fitness into your life so that it becomes enjoyable and leaves you feeling physical stronger, more discipline and confident, then I have done my job.
